We are a beauty start-up founded in 2020 and located in the heart of Berlin. Our team is made up of over 80 brilliant human beings who have come from all over the world to actively write Yepoda’s story.
We are currently looking for a French-speaking Junior Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. You will have the opportunity to be in a dynamic role and support our team in the field of online performance marketing.
Your Tasks
Support with setup and monitoring of marketing campaigns across all our online marketing channels (Paid Social—mainly Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Amazon, SEA, etc.)
Assist with ongoing analysis of relevant campaign KPIs and optimization of the budget
Generate new ideas and think outside the box to find the next concept to make your marketing campaigns excel
Collaborate with our Graphic Design team to ensure great creatives and continuously test new ideas and formats
Your Profile
Successfully graduated with a degree in Media Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
First experiences in e-commerce and/or online marketing, preferably setting up paid ads and managing their performance
Focus on results, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
Strong analytical skills, affinity for creating reports, and extracting useful insights from data
Hands-on mentality, high drive, and ambition to perform effectively
French language skills at a native or bilingual level are essential
Proficiency in English is also required; German or Dutch skills are a plus
Passion for beauty topics and an interest in keeping up with social media trends (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets, etc.)
Team player who is open to new things and excited about the chance to take on responsibility in a young startup and grow together with us
