Our team is comprised of over 65 brilliant human beings who came from all over the world to write Yepoda’s story actively.

We are currently looking for an intern to join our team and support our social media content creation efforts, focusing on both TikTok and Instagram.

Your Tasks:

• Support our team as a full-fledged member in the areas of Social Media & Community Management, with a focus on TikTok and Instagram.

• Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content that aligns with our brand messaging and values.

• Develop strategies for organic growth on TikTok and Instagram.

• Collaborate with the paid marketing team to brainstorm and create video ideas that resonate with our target audience.

• Ideate, film, and edit TikTok and Instagram videos that are informative and entertaining for both organic and paid purposes.

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and algorithm changes to ensure our content remains relevant and engaging.

• Manage interactions with our community by replying to DMs, comments, etc.

• Analyze the success of social media content and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Work closely with team members from Influencer Marketing & Graphic Design on various projects.

Your Profile:

• Currently studying media management, marketing, communication, economics, or a related field.

• Passion for beauty topics & social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).

• Creativity, focus on results, and strong communication skills.

• Comfortable in front of the camera and ready for video creation.

• Proactive and team-oriented with a positive "can-do" attitude.

• Quick to identify and act on new social media trends.

• Skilled in video editing software with experience in creating videos in various formats and styles.

• Good English copywriting skills.

• Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are a plus.

• First experiences in E-Commerce and/or Marketing are a plus.

• Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and Google programs (Gmail, Google Sheets, etc.).

• Availability for at least 3 months with a flexible start date.
