We are a beauty start-up founded in 2020 and located in the heart of Berlin. Our team is comprised of over 80 brilliant human beings who came from all over the world to write Yepoda’s story actively.
We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our CRM Team and develop their skills through an exciting internship opportunity.
Assist in developing and executing CRM initiatives to improve customer retention and engagement.
Support the creation of our newsletters by writing engaging content and collaborating with the design team to ensure a user-friendly format and appealing visuals.
Support the CRM team in analyzing customer data and behaviors to identify trends and opportunities.
Help monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CRM campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Collaborate with the team to implement CRM strategies across different communication channels, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university program in Marketing, Business, Management, or related studies.
Interest in CRM, customer engagement, and data-driven strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. German, French, Spanish or Italian language is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with CRM software is a plus.
Strong copywriting skills and a keen eye for design and aesthetics, particularly for creating engaging newsletters.
A detail-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
A team player with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
At Yepoda, interns are those available to work full-time for at least 6 months. Internships can be mandatory as part of a university program or voluntary, serving as an excellent opportunity for career development after graduation.
