We’re looking for an Operational Excellence Manager to join our Operations team and play a pivotal role in optimizing and improving our operational processes as we continue to scale.
Your Role:
As an Operational Excellence Manager, you will:
Kick-off and lead core projects focused on improving scalability, efficiency and quality, ensuring lasting impact and measurable results.
Analyze existing processes and systems identifying scaling-blockers, inefficiencies and general areas for improvement.
Design and implement new processes and systems to drive efficiency, enhance performance, and meet KPIs across the entire company.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Intelligence, Product Development, Marketing) to align operational strategies with overarching business goals.
Build relationships with inside and outside stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and implementation of operational initiatives.
Your Profile:
Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or any related field.
Experience: 2-3 years in operations, process optimization, or project management.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel or GSheets and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Notion, Asana, Monday.com).
Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
Hands on: Eager to learn, take on new challenges and move the company forward.
