We’re looking for an Operational Excellence Manager to join our Operations team and play a pivotal role in optimizing and improving our operational processes as we continue to scale.

Your Role:

As an Operational Excellence Manager, you will:

  • Kick-off and lead core projects focused on improving scalability, efficiency and quality, ensuring lasting impact and measurable results.

  • Analyze existing processes and systems identifying scaling-blockers, inefficiencies and general areas for improvement.

  • Design and implement new processes and systems to drive efficiency, enhance performance, and meet KPIs across the entire company.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Intelligence, Product Development, Marketing) to align operational strategies with overarching business goals.

  • Build relationships with inside and outside stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and implementation of operational initiatives.

Your Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or any related field.

  • Experience: 2-3 years in operations, process optimization, or project management.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel or GSheets and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Notion, Asana, Monday.com).

  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and project management skills.

  • Hands on: Eager to learn, take on new challenges and move the company forward.
