UX Designer Mobile (Mid-Senior Level)

Youtap Limited, a provider of digital banking and payment solutions, is looking for a UX Designer to join our innovative team. As a UX Designer, you will play a vital role in enhancing our customers' experience by creating user-centered designs for our digital wallet, loyalty and point of sale payments applications. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop intuitive and engaging user experiences that align with our mission of empowering consumers and merchants around the globe. Responsibilities

• Conduct the end-to-end UX design process from user research and ideation to prototyping and usability testing.
• Conduct user research to gather insights and validate design concepts, creating personas, journey maps, and wireframes that reflect user needs.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to create design specifications and ensure a cohesive and user-friendly product experience.
• Design prototypes that effectively communicate the interaction and visual elements of our applications.
• Assess user feedback and analytics to iterate on designs and improve the user experience continuously.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design to apply innovative solutions.
• Mentor junior designers and promote a user-centered culture within the design team.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Centric Design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in the fintech, telco or digital wallet sector.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and a solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Experience with usability testing methods and tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and user feedback.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
