Senior Officer - PMO and Processes

The PMO Senior is responsible for supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure that projects are effectively managed, and aligned with organizational goals to achieve planned deliverables, on the other hand, the PMO Senior is responsible for drafting and designing the processes within the organization, implementing processes on workflow system and support all departments to enhance their processes or solve any system issues. This role facilitates communication between project teams and ensures that project management methodologies, tools, and standards are adhered to across all initiatives.

  • Draft project plans, key milestones, and project goals in alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Builds periodic reports and status reports for project progress
  • Identify the project requirements, translate them to action, and add them to the Project Plan
  • Manage and control all project documentation and evidence
  • Assess risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues.
  • Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and team members.
  • Gather requirements from different stakeholders and ensure they are met.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations by providing regular updates on project status.
  • Address any changes in requirements and adjust the project plan accordingly.
  • Identify financial, technological, and regulatory risks associated with projects.
