Solutions Sales Professional

We are seeking experienced Solutions Sales Professionals (SSP) with focus on Cloud, Security, Digital, or Data solutions. The SSP plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by offering tailored cloud solutions to meet client needs. This role focuses on engaging with enterprise customers, identifying opportunities, and leveraging ZainTECH products and solutions to solve business challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets in Cloud, Security, Digital, or Data solutions.
  • Identify and qualify sales leads through networking, research, and industry events.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to key decision-makers.
  • Understand customer challenges, business needs, and goals to position the right solution.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on technologies.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage client accounts post-sale.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design customized solutions that meet client needs.
  • Conduct compelling product presentations, live demonstrations, and consultations to showcase the value of solutions in addressing business challenges.
  • Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends, conducting market research to identify potential opportunities for growth.
  • Create and deliver detailed proposals, quotes, and contracts for prospective clients, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets through the successful closing of deals.
  • Work closely with the marketing, engineering, and product teams to align solutions with client needs and market demand.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction post-sale by working with account management and technical support teams, overseeing the seamless integration of solutions.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
  • Strong understanding of Cloud, Security, Digital, or Data solutions and technologies.
  • Proven success in B2B sales, with a history of exceeding revenue targets and building long-term client relationships.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, assess customer needs, and provide solutions to address those needs.
  • Proficiency in negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts to ensure mutual success for both the company and the client.
