If Braze sounds like a place where you can thrive, we can’t wait to meet you.WHAT YOU’LL DOTeam Overview:The Renewals Team at Braze is responsible for managing the company's book of business, identifying risks and opportunities across accounts. They employ successful strategies to address these factors, ensuring the continued satisfaction and retention of customers. Their primary goal is to secure renewals that are beneficial and aligned with the needs of both Braze and its customers.Responsibilities:• As a Renewal Manager you will be responsible for the renewal of contracts within your assigned territory. You will project manage the renewals process through building account strategies, keeping to key timelines, building pricing proposals and ensuring alignment to company objectives.• Commercial expertise: You will strategically build renewal contracts in line with Braze policies and ensure agreements are structured to meet the expectations of our customers.• Operational efficiency: Lead the internal quoting and Order Form process to ensure agreements are signed on time and correctly reflected internally.• Collaboration: You will need to collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success and extended teams to identify opportunity and risk across accounts.• Analysis: Review existing data to determine risk, opportunity and trends in your territory.• Forecasting: You will lead regular regional calls to discuss the renewals forecast and key risk or growth accounts, advising on forecasting best practice.WHO YOU ARE• An individual with a background in Sales, Operations or Customer Success.• You are very organised and detail orientated, with strong accountability.• You have strong analytical skills and are commercially aware.• You are someone who can build strong interpersonal relationships and has the confidence to coordinate internal stakeholders.• A desire to learn and develop skills focused on the core objectives above.• Experience working with Salesforce CRM.For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $58,500 and $67,500 annually with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $65,000 and $75,000 year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, Braze offers full- and part- time employees a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that all Braze employees own a piece of our company.WHAT WE OFFERDetails of these benefits plan will be provided if a candidate receives an offer of employment.
