We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to own the positioning, messaging, and marketing strategy for Zania’s suite of AI-powered compliance tools. In this role, you will act as the bridge between the product, sales, and marketing teams, ensuring our products resonate with our target audience and drive adoption and engagement.
Product Positioning and Messaging:
Develop and refine clear, compelling, and differentiated messaging for Zania’s products.
Create customer-centric value propositions tailored to various buyer personas and industries.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy:
Plan and execute product launches in collaboration with product, engineering, and sales teams.
Define and manage the go-to-market strategy, including pricing, packaging, and promotional plans.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, pain points, and trends.
Monitor competitive activity and develop strategies to position Zania effectively in the market.
Content Creation and Campaign Management:
Collaborate with content teams to develop marketing collateral, including whitepapers, case studies, blogs, and videos.
Design and execute marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, adoption, and engagement.
Sales Enablement:
Equip the sales team with tools, training, and materials to communicate the value of Zania’s products effectively.
Develop pitch decks, demo scripts, FAQs, and objection-handling documents.
Customer Advocacy:
Gather and share customer insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Build and nurture customer success stories to showcase Zania’s impact and credibility.
Performance Measurement:
Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product launches.
Optimize strategies based on data and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Experience: 4-6 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in SaaS, AI, or tech-driven companies.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Skills:
Strong understanding of B2B marketing and product lifecycles.
Exceptional storytelling, written, and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
