As a Junior Creative Manager, your role revolves around developing compelling creative and conceptual ideas tailored for Social Media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok. This includes the ability to bring ideas to life using traditional tools like Adobe Creative Suite and modern approaches like Generative AI. You should be a passionate and active user of social media, keeping pace with the latest trends and technologies. We are looking for someone eager to enhance their skills, stay innovative, and embrace new trends and tools in a fast-evolving digital landscape.

Your tasks:

  • Script and Idea Development: Craft innovative concepts that align with brand goals and resonate with audiences.

  • Trendscaping: Monitor and adapt to emerging social media trends.

  • Generative AI: Utilize tools like MidJourney to enhance creative outputs.

  • Adobe Creative Suite: Employ industry-standard software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) to execute designs.
