The Role

We’re seeking a Senior UX Designer to shape the future of our Dream House Raffle, a rapidly growing product that changes lives by offering the chance to win a dream home while supporting charitable causes. You’ll own the end-to-end e-commerce experience, ensuring every touchpoint is seamless, engaging, and efficient. By deeply understanding user motivations, defining KPIs, and advocating for their needs, you’ll craft experiences that are not only enjoyable but also impactful. Beyond shaping the product, you’ll contribute to our UX strategy, set design standards, and help build a thriving UX practice within our community.

 

Your tasks:

  • Own the end-to-end design process, from user research to final implementation.

  • Identify user needs and challenges to generate ideas, guided by KPIs and data-driven hypotheses.

  • Create, visualize and communicate ideas and features as well as key artifacts (such as jobs-to-be done, customer journeys, etc.)

  • Design immersive storytelling experiences and compelling visuals to inspire and engage users.

  • Optimize conversion flows while maintaining trust and credibility.

  • Validate ideas through iteration and user feedback, staying ahead of industry trends and integrating relevant innovations.

  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders, championing a human-centric design approach.

  • Build and evolve a scalable design system to support rapid growth.
