Inbound Sales Representative

ZenBusiness is dedicated to helping entrepreneurs successfully launch and manage their businesses while providing unwavering support. We are looking for a passionate Inbound Sales Representative to join our remote team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM.
A passion for learning and self-improvement.

Responsibilities

Assist customers through phone and/or email inquiries using the ZenBusiness Sales Methodology.
Provide comprehensive information about ZenBusiness products and services to close sales.
Maintain an engaged pipeline with prospective customers.
Establish a 'WOW Experience' in each customer interaction.
Update and maintain customer information in Salesforce.

Education

Minimum High School Diploma/GED required.
