Sales Representative, Chat

ZenBusiness is on a mission to empower entrepreneurs by simplifying the business launch process. We seek a Chat Sales Representative who is passionate about customer service and sales.

Skills

Excellent communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Salesforce or CRM software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Assist customers through Chat, Phone and/or email inquiries
Provide comprehensive information about products and services
Close deals and exceed sales targets
Maintain an engaged pipeline with prospective customers
Update and maintain accurate customer information within Salesforce
Stay updated on industry trends and company products

Education

Minimum High School Diploma/GED required
