Outbound Sales Representative

ZenBusiness helps entrepreneurs start, run, and grow their businesses by providing user-friendly services. We are looking for experienced Outbound Sales Representatives to join our caring and supportive remote team.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Ability to prioritize workload
Self-motivated and a great team player
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Provide customers with information and pricing about ZenBusiness products and services
Follow up with outbound calls to prospective customers
Assist customers by phone and email inquiries
Make at least 60 outbound calls daily
Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers
Update customer information within Salesforce and TalkDesk
Stay updated on product knowledge
Meet quarterly sales targets

Education

High School Diploma/GED required
