Inbound Sales Development Representative

Zenoti is seeking an Inbound Sales Development Representative to generate and qualify sales leads through various channels and collaborate with the sales team to drive successful customer connections.

Skills

  • Strong phone presence and experience with high call volumes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Business acumen and ability to understand customer needs
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly
  • Effective multitasking and time management skills
  • Familiarity with social networking sites and business directories
  • Experience in Inside Sales, sales, or lead generation

Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through collaboration with the sales and lead generation teams
  • Perform inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting
  • Create and qualify opportunities by understanding customer needs
  • Research accounts, build relationships with key decision makers, and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand a database of prospects
  • Team with channel partners to build sales pipeline and close deals
  • Assess, qualify, and transfer leads to the appropriate Account Executive for sales presentations

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience)
