Product Specialist

Zenoti is a cloud-based solution provider for the beauty and wellness industry, looking for a Product Specialist to help customers adopt their solutions and streamline business operations.

Skills

Experience in implementation and support of Enterprise products
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of MS Office and JIRA

Responsibilities

Work with customers to define requirements and help them adopt Zenoti solutions
Drive demos and solution reviews with customers
Configure Zenoti to meet customer business scenarios
Address customer issues and ensure satisfaction
Maintain documentation and follow organizational processes

Education

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
