Project Manager

Zenoti is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple customer implementation projects for Zenoti systems and solutions. The ideal candidate must have strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in overseeing complex projects
Good understanding of MS Excel and project management tools
Technical background and experience in software development

Responsibilities

Lead multiple customer implementation projects
Ensure projects are well-planned and executed efficiently
Manage project information and feature scope
Identify and resolve significant risks and unknowns
Track release criteria and ensure quality
Drive information sharing and best practices

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
