Online Advertising and Marketing Manager - LATAM

We’re seeking to hire a highly skilled and results-driven Bilingual (Spanish/English) Online Advertising and Marketing Manager to lead our online advertising initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with expertise in creating, managing, and optimizing online advertising campaigns across various platforms to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

In This Position, the Successful Candidate Will Be Responsible For, But Not Be Limited To:

- Campaign Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive online advertising strategies aligned with business goals. Identify target audiences, set clear objectives, and define key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, execution, and management of online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

- Budget Management: Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI). Monitor spending and adjust allocations based on performance metrics.

- Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.

- Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, ad copy, and creative adjustments to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and overall performance.

- SEO and SEM Integration: Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure online advertising efforts are integrated with organic search strategies. Implement search engine marketing (SEM) best practices.

- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all online advertising efforts.

- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to keep advertising strategies current and effective.

- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all advertising activities comply with industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Fluent English proficiency at B2 level or higher (verifiable)

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in online advertising or digital marketing (proven track record of managing successful online advertising campaigns)

- Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other relevant tools. Strong analytical skills with experience in using analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics).

- Ability to create compelling ad copy and visuals that engage target audiences.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Relevant certifications such as Google Ads Certification, Facebook Blueprint Certification, or similar are a plus.
