Summary:

ZipRecruiter is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to support our rapidly growing team. You will play a key role in developing and executing the strategy for ATS partners. To be successful in the role, you will drive growth by cultivating and managing external relationships with our growing network of partners, this includes implementing reseller products on the partners platform, training and activating the partnerships sales force, assisting in partner sales efforts, and identifying new growth areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by enabling sales through partner platforms and sales force to resell ZipRecruiter products
  • Serve as the main point of contact for ATS partners including triage day to day relationship requests with assigned partners, building successful working relationships
  • Partner with marketing and product to execute go-to-market strategies
  • Train and activate partner sales & CS teams on the ZipRecruiter value proposition and message to help with sales conversions
  • Craft messaging, value propositions, and use cases to increase competitive differentiation and enable partners, sales, and BD
  • Conduct company and industry research and develop a competitive strategy, investigating market trends and strategic opportunities
  • Manage reporting, billing and invoicing in partnership with FinDev and accounting
  • Analyze and present monthly analytics reports
  • Maintain a high daily volume of activity to help nurture relationships and become a trusted advisor
  • Meet with internal stakeholders, such as product and engineering, to understand how product and site enhancements impact this unique customer base
  • Travel required 35% minimum
  • Managing enablement across all ADP partnerships leading external and internal enablement comms
  • Possesses/maintains all Partner resources, courses, certificates, and one-pagers
  • Executes engaging in-person events that offer a mix of product and partnership program knowledge
  • Enables Partner Managers by developing our live enablement talk tracks (i.e., partner lunch and learns)
  • Collaborates with Partner Marketing, Product, Sales, and Support teams to create internal and external learning content
  • Contributes to constant content production that drives Partners to activate Zip offering and increase utilizationContinuously evaluate our partnership enablement program to see how we can provide more enablement opportunities for partner

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience providing best-in-class support to customers
  • 4-6 years of experience in Account Management or Sales (training or direct) or Product Marketing required
  • Experience working with SalesForce.com, Jira
  • Enthusiastic, optimistic and a team player
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PPT)
  • Easily builds rapport and establishes relationships with prospects and colleagues
  • Resourceful. Goes over, under, around and through obstacles to achieve success
  • Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000-125,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.

Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
