Role DescriptionThe Compliance Operations Associate will be responsible for managing compliance processes, the corporate compliance calendar, events, communications, policies and training, while collaborating with various stakeholders to understand business need, help enhance the compliance program, and promote a culture of compliance. Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer, this role will work closely with Legal and Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, and Internal Audit.Responsibilities• Work closely with legal, finance, and operational teams to ensure comprehensive compliance coverage and support business objectives.• Develop (with the help of other subject matter experts), implement, and maintain compliance programs to meet regulatory requirements and internal standards.• Design and deliver training programs for employees on compliance policies, procedures, and best practices.• Manage the Corporate Compliance global calendar of meetings and training schedule.• Assist in the creation and updating of compliance policies and procedures to reflect changes in regulations and business practices.• Play a key role in enabling communications, collaboration, and strategy execution to support the Corporate Compliance team.• Assist the Chief Compliance Officer in preparing content and compliance updates presentations for various meetings.Education and Experience• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.• Minimum 7 years of experience in business operations, compliance, risk management, operations, project management, or a related field, preferably in healthcare.• Proficiency in compliance management software and tools preferred.Technical Skill Requirements• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in compliance documentation.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for training and reporting purposes, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the orgnization.• Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple compliance initiatives simultaneously.• Problem Solving: Ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions.• Strong project management and execution skills.• Ability to work collbortively cross-functionally.• Analytical thinkingPhysical Position Requirements• Hybrid working environment, with approximately 50% of time (2-3 work days per week) required on-site in Parsippany, NJ headquarters.• Ability to work with global teams located in multiple time zones.About ZoetisAt Zoetis, our purpose is to nurture the world and humankind by advancing care for animals.
