Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to lead our social media efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engage our community, and drive user growth. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, strong content creation skills, and the ability to analyze and optimize campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms including Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Create, schedule, and manage engaging content (posts, stories, videos) that aligns with Zoop’s brand voice and objectives.
  • Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a strong community presence.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality visual assets and multimedia content.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports with actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for growth and engagement.
  • Manage influencer partnerships and collaborate with creators to amplify Zoop’s reach and engagement.
  • Develop social media campaigns to support product launches, events, and other marketing initiatives.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience managing social media platforms for brands or agencies, preferably within the tech or creator economy space.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Web 3, blockchain, and NFTs is a plus.
