We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Campaign Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in optimizing our campaign operations. As a Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing tactical tasks such as raising purchases requests, contract management, processing invoices, and ensuring efficient budget management. This role involves actively addressing and streamlining legal and procurement processes and providing crucial support in vendor management and reporting. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee purchase requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
  • Manage contracts and conduct thorough reviews, facilitating seamless collaboration with legal and procurement teams.
  • Process invoices and monitor expenditure against the budget, leveraging insights from internal reporting for informed decision-making.
  • Proactively engage with legal and procurement teams on a weekly basis, ensuring regular updates on contract status and expediting actions in between meetings.
  • Address issues such as last-minute negotiations and document updates, providing continuous support and coordination with legal, procurement, and AP teams.
  • Streamline the contract review and approval process, minimizing surprises and optimizing workflow efficiency.
  • Provide support in vendor management activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in campaign management, procurement, or related roles.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with financial management and reporting tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on process optimization.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate needs.
  • Knowledge of legal and procurement processes is a plus.

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range
$90,000$120,000 USD
