8 years of sales leadership experience in software/SaaS
Experience building successful sales teams
Ability to understand and articulate the value of products and solutions
Strong communication and networking skills
Change-agent mindset and ability to lead scalable processes

Responsibilities

Lead a NY team to maximize sales potential
Coach and increase sales excellence within the team
Travel within the region approximately 50%
Understand business and people drivers and success factors
Control the room with C level customer executives

Education

Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a related field
