You will work with technical writers, technical editors, product managers, and others to create and refine our help videos. You will oversee each project from beginning to end, and be heavily involved in the production, distribution, and ongoing maintenance of our online help videos. This is not a social media, broadcast media, or video marketing position.To do this you will build relationships with several product development areas within the company. You have a hands-on approach to the technology and to the products being documented. You will help enhance and expand the current documentation to provide a variety of learning tools for our customers.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for every stage of production in creating end-user tutorial and e-learning videos; keeping all tutorial video projects running smoothly and on schedule. This is not a social media, broadcast media, advertising, or marketing/sales position. Please be ready to provide video samples of tutorial/e-learning/instructional work.Translate and distill technical information to create clean and clear videos for both technical and non-technical audiences.Ensure that all videos are following Zscaler's visual brand standards.Define company standards, style, and best practices for the team with regards to video production and inclusion/publishing of help video content.Work with SMEs in the Engineering, Product Management, Training, and Product Marketing groups.What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)4+ years of experience in producing media. Customer-facing instructional video experience is required.Plan, create, and publish/distribute multiple video projects simultaneously.Hands-on experience with TechSmith Camtasia or Adobe Captivate, also JIRA or Confluence.Excellent oral, written, and organizational skills.Think and produce video content in context with the target audience.Due to the nature of the work US citizenship is required.What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)Experience publishing content for Wistia, Vimeo, or YouTube. Wistia preferred.Experience developing tutorials and educational content.
