Responsibilities

Drafting and negotiating Reseller and partnership agreements
Reviewing vendor agreements, including SaaS and software agreements
Providing legal advice to internal teams
Negotiating SaaS agreements, DPAs, and BAAs
Updating templates and legal playbooks

Education

Law degree from an accredited U.S. law school
Active admission to a State Bar
