In-depth knowledge of labor and employment law

Responsibilities

Provide advice and resolution to employees on complex employee matters
Lead formal reviews regarding claims of harassment and discrimination
Act as escalation for complex matters and provide recommendations
Develop programs and policies to promote fair employee relations

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
