We seek a design savvy UI Engineer to support the development of our Unified Experience Platform web application from ground up. This role offers the opportunity to influence the direction of user experience of our cybersecurity products and significantly impact our global customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Architect, develop and maintain high performance, resilient UI using ReactJS.
- Collaborate closely with the backend team for building RESTful APIs.
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to understand the requirements and translate them into functional, visually appealing/pixel perfect, and accessible WCAG compliant components.
- Implement front-end designs by the spec, provided in Figma, using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks, specifically ReactJS, TypeScript, Storybook, Jest/or similar technology to ship best-in-class user experiences.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility of UI components.
- Optimize UI components for maximum performance and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to other team members.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies.
- Troubleshoot and debug UI component issues as they arise.
- Document and communicate technical specifications and best practices for using the reusable components.
Qualifications:
- You have a passion to solve complex challenges, and churn out code to turn design into reality. You have a keen eye for design, and understand design thinking.
- You are willing to learn the bad parts of JavaScript and how you can avoid those when using frameworks like ReactJS.
- You have a growth mindset, and can navigate your way into code with minimal guidance.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and package managers (e.g., npm).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work on time.
- You thrive in a fast paced environment.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
