With massive global reach in more than 175 countries and regions, our combined diverse portfolio of popular game franchises has been downloaded more than 6 billion times on mobile.Job DescriptionThe Mobile Game Development Director will be responsible for creating and executing the plan to launch the game and driving its commercial success. This role involves establishing and navigating the roadmap for a full free-to-play business model and determining strategic elements needed for the title to be an ongoing success.The ideal candidate is experienced at managing large teams of direct and indirect reports, with a good understanding of leadership, management, communication, and production practices. The candidate should be able to drive and motivate the team, cultivate a positive team culture, and help resolve problems that arise during the development process.Main Responsibilities:• Create an organizational structure, processes, and project plan to produce high-quality work efficiently on time and on budget.• Work collaboratively with multiple teams and partners to get results and outcomes.• Articulate goals and team principles to form a stimulating and fun work environment and culture.• Identify potential hazards during the normal game development process and guide the team around them.• Define and set best practices and communicate them across the team.• Navigate all stages of the development process.• Build and strengthen communication between teams and locations.• Owning the quality of the product and being the player advocate to the team.• Foster a positive culture.• Effectively communicate the core experience of your game to other parts of the organization.Desired Skills and Experience:• 10+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams through all stages of development with at least 2 games shipped as Executive Producer, Development Director or Game Director.
