How the hell do I delete my profile??? I don’t recall signing up and now I can’t get you to leave me alone!
hello my name is Shirley…I’m a senior citizen in some eyes and very young in my mind.
my challenge is i cannot fully retire yet i would like to travel. Im still a healthy viable adult ready and searching for a next step.
im seeking a semi retirement “job” “career “ where i can visit the area and do my job from wherever i land in the USA or at least a preferred location. Is there such a thing?
Hello everyone, my name is Brandon I’m new here finally gave up on indeed kept seeing stuff that just didn’t line up with me, I’m a single dad looking for any kind of remote work entry-level don’t have a degree in anything if anybody has any pointers I’m all ears willing to work 20 to 40 hours a week I don’t sleep much so I’d rather make money and I work at my current job 3 PM to midnight so I’m available from about 6 AM to 2 PM every day. The key is remote, though I don’t wanna go anywhere so that way I could still relax, but still make some money before I work my day job. thanks in advance. I hope y’all have a great day.
That is amazing i would love a remote job to pad my normal income
Congratulations! huge respect for sticking it out
Massive congrats! It takes guts to uproot your life like that and keep pushing forward when things get tough. Here's to new beginnings and paying it forward!
Reading this made me tear up a bit ngl. been crashing on my cousin’s couch, spiraling mentally, and every rejection feels like a punch. but the way you said “one yes can change everything”… yeah. needed that. congrats man, hope this new chapter’s everything you hoped for.
My son’s going thru the same thing right now and it’s so hard watching him doubt himself. I’ll show him your post. Thank you for this
From NYC to Austin? Definitely traded pizza for tacos 😄. Seriously though, major props to you. Surviving that kind of grind means you're built different. Go soak up that Texas sun—you’ve earned this!!
after getting laid off, i spent four months deep in the job hunt. sent out over 400 applications, went through 18 interviews, and in the end, only one offer came through.
started applying to jobs in different cities and states, just trying to stay hopeful. auto-applications honestly saved me—there were days i had zero energy but still needed to keep going.
that one yes ended up moving me from NYC to Austin for a tech role. i burned through my savings and even had to borrow money just to stay afloat. finally getting this offer felt like such a huge weight off my chest.
right now i’m just focused on paying people back, rebuilding, and starting fresh. if you’re still job hunting, i really hope you hang in there. i know how heavy it gets. you’re not alone, and one yes really can change everything.
