Mark committed 4 weeks of time and effort in going through an entire design thinking process, culminating in an excellent business proposal that outlined his team’s plans in furthering English competencies... What stood out about Mark was his almost effortless ability in facilitating discussions within his team. While he was extremely articulate when presenting his ideas, his ability to create a safe environment for his teammates to share ideas is what impressed me the most.
