Sad truth is, most people getting jobs rn aren’t applying online. They’re getting referred. If you're just sending apps, you might be wasting your time tbh.

There’s way more applicants than openings rn. Every job posting gets flooded with like 1000+ apps. Companies can afford to be picky af.
