Abnormal Security is on the hunt for a talented and driven Sr People Analytics professional to join our team, operating remotely from anywhere in the USA. This isn’t just any role; it’s a unique opportunity to shape the newly established people analytics function and impact how we manage our most significant asset—our people! In this position, you’ll leverage your technical expertise alongside your leadership skills to create actionable insights. You’ll collaborate closely with our People Team and key stakeholders to define and develop essential KPIs and Organizational Health Indicators. Partnering with the People Leadership Team, you’ll craft a robust HR Data Governance Framework and a strategic People Analytics Roadmap. Excitingly, you will design and build data models within Workday Prism, ensuring utmost accuracy and consistency throughout various HR processes. From data extraction to transformation and loading into Workday, your role will involve maintaining comprehensive reports and dashboards that translate business requirements into compelling narratives. Additionally, you will interpret data to present findings and recommendations to leaders within the People Team and the broader business, while also training business partners on Workday Prism Reporting and Analytics. If you have over 8 years of people analytics experience, including familiarity with Workday Prism, and are passionate about data accuracy and user experience, we want to hear from you!
