Director/Senior Director, Sales Readiness

As the Director/Senior Director, Sales Readiness at Absolute Security, you will lead the sales training and enablement team, reporting into the VP, Global Sales Operations. To be successful, you will be highly organized with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for technology and transforming sales excellence, increasing bottom line revenues and building industry best practices. You will have an affinity for curriculum development that results in stronger consultative sales teams, transforms sales productivity, and builds confidence across internal sales stakeholders and trading partners.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop world class sales readiness through Content, Curriculum, and Methodology
  • Develop and manage new hire training, quarterly bootcamp training, and mid-year refresh trainings, along with Tech Stack training and product releases
    • These sessions will take place online via teams or in person in our Austin, TX office
  • Implement consultative selling methodologies, such as Force Management Command of the Message, building relevant content to support adoption or consistency to a select group of sellers
  • Deliver sales plays and selling tools for internal and external sellers, tracking adoption to drive sales readiness and productivity
  • Build best practices sharing across the sales organization through our existing and new partner channels
  • Work cross functionally with Product Marketing, SE organization, and other departmental stakeholders in building sales content and training
  • Curate and update sales content (via Seismic) and training content (via Docebo) to ensure material and curriculum are up to date and current
  • Protect the security and privacy of Absolute and its customers
 
What You’ll Need: 
  • Bachelor of Arts/Business/Science.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in an enterprise sales organization; preferably in SaaS technology with a background in Product Marketing or Sales Enablement 
  • Proficient understanding of the Sales process and sales enablement needs. 
  • Solid presentation skills and a confident presence that can garner credibility in front of sales teams and leadership, globally.
  • Ability to take initiative, own projects and work independently as required. 
  • Experience using video tutorial software like Camtasia, PPT with Audio is an asset 

The base pay range for this position is from $160,000-$190,000 annually; the base pay offered is determined by the market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our annual bonus program.
