Job Description

Fairmont El San Juan Hotel Front Desk agent is responsible for conducting the check-ins and checkouts in an anticipatory and engaging manner to personalize the guest’s experience at the Front Desk. The Front Desk receptionist enhances the warm welcome and fond farewell processes and elevates the guest experience by not only providing accurate information but by making every guest interaction a unique memory.
