With 98% market adoption in England primary care settings and growth in new regions such as Scotland, we are looking for an inspiring Clinical Lead to join a team that is building communication solutions to problems that you encounter daily in your professional life.
Clinical Leads are responsible for bridging Accurx products with their real-world application for healthcare professionals and patients. As a Clinical Lead, you will have to wear many hats, one moment you could be working with designers to create software that makes sense to healthcare workers, the next you will be talking to key figures in the NHS about their challenges and our solutions.
Clinical Leads are directly involved in ensuring we retain our position as a market leader in the primary care space, whilst we continue to explore new markets and territories. This is an incredibly exciting time to join Accurx on our mission of transforming communication in healthcare!
Product Development & Testing: You’ll engage with product teams to create software, conduct testing with frontline staff, and integrate healthcare insights to solve key communication problems. You’ll develop meaningful clinical content that benefits both users and patients.
Go-to-Market Strategy: You’ll perform market research to identify trends and opportunities, collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to align value propositions, and help demonstrate product value to potential buyers. You’ll oversee clinical safety and compliance of our products protecting the interests of patients as responsible partners to the NHS.
Advocacy for Patients & Staff: You’ll educate the team on the challenges faced by caregivers and patients, building empathy and excitement for the mission.
Nurturing NHS Relationships: You’ll work with key stakeholders across primary and secondary care, government, and policy bodies to foster relationships, positioning yourself as a leading voice in healthcare innovation.
"Building products that are easy to use, really work to remove friction in healthcare communication and actually make the lives of your colleagues in the NHS better is hugely rewarding. The scale we have now at Accurx means that a large proportion of clinical staff intrinsically rely on us to do their day-to-day work and it's exciting to think about the ways we will continue supporting the healthcare system in the broad context we now operate." - Dr Chris Sartori, Clinical Safety Officer
