An apprenticeship offer entitled "ALT 2025 - Airbus Corporate Jets Sustainability (All Gender)" has just opened within Airbus Corporate Jets on the Toulouse - Blagnac site. You will join the Business Transformation department in charge of sustainability for ACJ.

This apprenticeship will consist of: working on the Airbus SAF Book&Claim project, in support of the ACJ Head of Business Transformation, ACJ Marketing, and Airbus SAF team.

This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2025 and will last 1 year.

This position requires security clearance or requires being eligible for clearance by recognized authorities.

Tasks and responsibilities:

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

You will contribute to the following main activities:
- Support for the Sustainability Transformation program within ACJ (governance, project implementation, animation).
- Mapping of ACJ customers' sustainability sensitiveness.
- Monitoring of SAF B&C Sales funnel, updating documentation, drumbeating administrative tasks.
- Supporting the SAF Team on ACJ BCU transfers as deemed necessary.
- Participation in Business Development projects related to Sustainability, supporting the preparation of ACJ Sustainability SteerCo.
- Assist with sustainability-related marketing initiatives, including the preparation of materials, briefings, and presentations, in alignment and coordination with the Marketing (JCM) team in Toulouse.
- Manage internal and external requests related to sustainability and marketing efforts, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external events, working closely with the Marketing team in Toulouse.
- Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials, ensuring alignment with sustainability goals and marketing strategies.

Skills & Prerequisites:

You will integrate a BAC+4 +5 level training in the field of business administration, sustainability, marketing, or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 1 year duration.

You have the following knowledge and skills:
- Knowledge of sustainability practices, particularly in the aviation or business sector.
- Familiarity with project management, including tracking and reporting.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Soft Skills: Teamwork, initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving.

Language skills:
- English: Fluent
- French: Fluent

Our selection process:

If your application is retained by the recruiter during this first review, you will be invited to conduct a deferred video interview. This will be viewed and then shared with the manager if your application is shortlisted. 
The manager will organize interviews with the shortlisted candidates before selecting the final candidate for the apprenticeship.
