About The Role
The Screening Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Screening and Recruiting teams and conducting What You'll Do Here in compliance with study protocol, Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

What You'll Do Here

  • Ensure the confidentiality of clinical trial volunteers and sponsors is respected.

  • Assists in screening admission procedures

  • Preparation of screening materials

  • Volunteer identity verification

  • Update participant management software if required

  • Use of clinical diagnostic software

  • Schedule clinical trial related appointments

  • Maintain and advocate a high level of customer service and quality within the department.

  • Assist with operational procedures when requested.

  • Ensure the confidentiality of clinical trial volunteers and sponsors is respected.

  • Proactively communicate issues and/or problem resolutions to departmental supervisors and managers.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • High School Diploma or GED required;

  • Good Communication skills, Spanish speaking is preferred.

  • Customer service focused, able to work in fast-paced environment.

The pay range estimated for this position is $18.35 - $22 hourly. Please note that hourly rates/salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, prior relevant experience, skills, education, certification, location as well as internal equity and market data.
