We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to join our team to provide a central point of coordination and project management for system installations at customer sites. The individual will own the Operations project plan for the Support Team and Install Teams.
The ideal candidate will also develop and support project management practices, enabling us to closely coordinate and have visibility to all the contributing details that result in successful deployments and support of our systems. In addition, this position will ensure that SOWs are successfully executed from contract sign to go-live.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with Sales and Product Teams to understand customer needs, developing detailed project plans, and managing teams of technicians and subcontractors while ensuring clear communication with clients. You will also oversee project budgets, track expenses, and schedule logistics for the seamless installation of our innovative systems. With a hands-on approach, you might even participate in the installation process on-site and train customer personnel. This position demands multiple project management skills accumulated from at least 3 years of experience, preferably in the automation or warehousing sector.
