Description
Duties & Key Responsibilities: • Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. • Document financial transactions by entering account information. • Summarize current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports. • Participate in daily A/P accounting process and monthly / month-end Journal Entries. • Ensure efficient working of all financial transactions in organization. • Monitor and implement all accounts payable check activation and wire transactions. • Assist departments in account reconciliation process on monthly basis. • Perform monthly account reconciliations. • Administer all bank transactions and oversee data recording procedures monthly. • Provide support to auxiliary schedules for auditing purposes as per assigned work. • Analyze various general ledger accounts regularly. • Reconcile bank statements on monthly basis. • Manage and enforce expense reporting policies and procedures within company. • Manage and maintain finance related programs and documents. • Develop and formulate reports for practical usage. • Evaluate current methods and processes for continuous improvements. • Attend and contribute to all required meetings. • Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $33.00/hr.
