Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for preparing accurate quotes, providing excellent customer service, supporting the sales team, maintaining documentation, and staying knowledgeable about our products and industry standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing accurate quotes for products and services, ensuring they meet customer requirements and company pricing structures.
  • Serving as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries related to quotes, product specifications, order entry and status, and general product information.
  • Working closely with the sales team to prepare proposals, assist with order processing, and support the overall sales process.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and orders in the company’s ERP or other systems.
  • Learning and staying up-to-date with the company’s product offerings, manufacturing capabilities, and industry standards.
  • Assisting in resolving any issues or discrepancies in orders, quotes, or shipments in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborating with the production, shipping, and quality control teams to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
