Job Description:

This position requires office presence a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

About the Team: AT&T’s Wireline Transformation and Supply Chain (WTSC) Strategy Team focuses on collaborative problem-solving, strategic analysis, and analytical support to directly impact billions of dollars of AT&T’s cost structure and future investments, while driving best-in-class practices across AT&T’s vast supply chain and wireline networks.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support for thought leadership and strategic analysis on fast-paced, complex opportunities and challenges facing AT&T’s Wireline Transformation and Supply Chain organization.
  • Fact-based negotiation support, including industry analytics, competitive event strategy, and “should cost” negotiation benchmarking.
  • Best-in-class market intelligence including M&A monitoring, supplier financial health assessments, and supply chain visibility to best position AT&T for success.
  • Support for creative, strategic solutions to drive meaningful transformation for AT&T’s operations and cost structure.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience with management consulting, analytics, strategy, or related experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a Supply Chain related field.
  • Strategic mindset and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to provide structured thinking to deconstruct complex problems and help advance strategic initiatives with data-driven solutions.
  • Ability to work with multiple sources of data to develop financial and operational models.
  • Strong communication (both oral and written) and presentation skills.
  • Effective leadership and teamwork skills working with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering against tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and intellectual curiosity.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or another highly strategic/analytical role; ideally with exposure to the telecommunications or technology industries.
  • Exposure to software, mechanical, and electrical engineering concepts.

Salary Information:

  • Strategy Analyst - Wireline Transformation and Supply Chain earn between $71,900.00 - $107,900.00 annually in Dallas, TX and between $62,200.00 - $96,400.00 annually in Atlanta, GA.
  • Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
