What You’ll Do:
Service and repair residential HVAC systems
Deliver excellent customer service to local homeowners
Represent Blue Dot with professionalism and pride
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of residential HVAC experience
EPA Certification (we’ll help you get it if needed)
Strong troubleshooting skills (airflow, electrical, gas)
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to enter attics, crawl spaces, and lift heavy equipment
Willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends as needed
Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
