Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Cardiac Cath Lab,Out Patient Cardiology and IR ensuring smooth workflows and patient safety
- Support and manage a team of RNs, Radiologic Technologists, and CV Techs
- Coordinate with Cardiology, Emergency, and Surgical teams for efficient patient care
- Assist with Cath Lab procedures, including angiography, pacemaker insertions, cardiac catheterizations, and vascular interventions
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, Joint Commission standards, and CMS regulations
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance development
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, teamwork, and patient care outcomes

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $88,483.20 to $119,100.80 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
