Skills: Experience in inside sales and account management, people management in sales, proficiency with CRMs, excellent communication and organizational skills.
Qualifications: 2+ years in inside sales, 2+ years in people management, strong data analysis skills for pipeline and performance improvement.

brightwheel is seeking an Outbound Inside Sales Manager to lead a team of outbound Account Executives to exceed goals in a high-velocity sales environment. Your team will grow brightwheel’s customer base via outbound cold calling to build a pipeline and closing their own deals. You have a strong drive to enable others - you are a coach and a mentor, and you get a thrill from seeing others succeed. $60,000 - $70,000 a year
brightwheel is committed to internal pay equity and offers a competitive compensation package, including base salary, equity, and benefits. For cash compensation, brightwheel sets standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies.
In addition to equity, our annual cash compensation for this role is an annual salary range of $60,000-$70,000, with an additional variable range of $60,000-$70,000. The total on-target earnings range per year is ($120,000-$140,000) and is uncapped.
