Description du poste

Au sein de l’équipe RH Groupe, dans un environnement très international et en pleine transformation, vous contribuerez à différents projets clés qui vous donneront une exposition privilégiée au cœur de la stratégie RH. Vous épaulerez l’équipe Learning & Talent, et serez au contact des diverses entités Coface dans le monde.

Contribution aux différents projets et processus Learning & Talent du Groupe :

  • Pilotage de la plateforme de formation digitale
  • Déploiement des programmes digitaux de formation Groupe et des Académies métiers
  • Renforcement de la culture de Diversité, Equité et Inclusion
  • Pilotage du programme hauts potentiels
  • Pilotage de la Performance et des Revues des Talents
  • Digitalisation des processus Learning & Talent

Qualifications

Vous préparez un Master 2 en RH, gestion de projets internationaux, de formation et/ou digitaux au sein d’une Université ou d’une École de Commerce. Cette opportunité est faite pour vous !

  • Un fort intérêt pour les sujets liés à la formation et les outils digitaux
  • Une maîtrise de l’anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral
  • Un esprit curieux et proactif
