Intake Specialist - Part Time (US Law Firm, WFH)

Salary: P300 - P350 per hour

Schedule: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • Prior experience as an intake specialist in a law firm (preferably in litigation).
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle client interactions professionally.
  • Familiarity with LEAP case management software (experience with Clio is a plus).
  • Experience with content creation, including writing blog posts, designing graphics, and preparing PowerPoint presentations.
  • Ability to train and help improve processes for client intake.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have:

  • Background in CLIO and LEAP is a plus to have

What will you do?

Client Intake & Administrative Support:

  • Manage the client intake process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and provide initial consultation screenings.
  • Assist in revamping and optimizing the intake process for efficiency.

Marketing Support:

  • Create engaging content for blog posts related to employment law topics.
  • Design marketing graphics using Canva.
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations for firm use.

Billing & Invoicing Assistance:

  • Assist with generating invoices and processing client billing.
  • Utilize LEAP for billing and case management.
  • Experience with Clio is a plus.

Triage and Referral:

  • Assess the nature of each case and effectively triage to the appropriate person(s).
  • Collaborate with managing attorney and staff to ensure seamless referrals and handovers.

Communication Skills:

  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in interactions with clients and internal teams.
  • Provide clear and concise information to clients and colleagues.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with department heads and other team members to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to client services.
  • Participate in regular meetings to discuss ongoing cases and share relevant information.
