About the Role

Our client list is long ranging across almost every industry including government, finance, transportation, utilities and more. We are growing our Work Management practice with Partners like Monday.com, Asana & Adobe Workfront after success over the last 4 years and we have had the opportunity to build and implement great organizational change for our customers to revamp their internal processes and tools around project management, services management, marketing and procurement workflows. Role Responsibilities

Pre-sales activities are crucial for our team as they help identify client needs, pain-points, and build strong relationships. This enables us to secure projects and ensures smooth project delivery by aligning client expectations from the outset.

 

As a Work Management Consultant, you’ll be responsible for the following day-to-day activities:

  • Engaging with clients to thoroughly understand their use cases and accurately capture their requirements.
  • Develop and conduct tailored platform demonstrations based on client needs.
  • Create detailed estimates, project timelines, and commercial proposals aligned with client requirements.

 

Project delivery includes discovery and design phases, implementation with iterative changes based on feedback, comprehensive user training, and providing support during go-live. Our team collaborates closely with clients throughout the process to ensure their satisfaction and the successful delivery of project outcomes.

 

As a Work Management Consultant, you’ll be responsible for the following day-to-day activities:

  • Collaborating with customers to establish effective communication and workflows throughout the project.
  • Conducting a discovery phase to confirm and refine customer requirements in partnership with the client.
  • Implement solutions, perform testing, and engage in demonstration/feedback cycles.
  • Develop training materials and deliver comprehensive user training.
  • Provide user support during go-live activities to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Working with project management and our partners to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Conducting regular meetings with customers to ensure continued satisfaction and smooth operation.
  • Collaborating with clients to identify enhancements and resolve any issues.
  • Delivering enhancements to the existing solution.
  • Providing training for new users to ensure they are fully equipped to use the solution effectively.

 

Our team provides on-going support for our customers once project delivery has been completed, this is very important to maintain and grow our relationships with our customers.

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience as a consultant implementing work management solutions with platforms like Monday.com, Asana & Adobe Workfront
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Work well within a team environment.
  • Proficient in English.


Nice To Have/Desirable

  • Business Analysis experience
  • Project delivery lifecycle experience

Our office is at BGC Taguig and we have hybrid work setup(Twice a week) and a flexible work schedule and we promote Work-Life balance, and an APAC focus means no graveyard shifts!
