Customer Success Manager

What we're looking for

Our business is growing fast, so we're expanding our customer success team! The ideal candidate has exceptional work endurance, embraces working in a fast-paced, unstructured environment, and is looking for an opportunity to work directly with the biggest brands across Fortune 500 and Web3. We’re remote-first, hire all across the US, and regularly host in-person social events!

We’re looking for evidence of outstanding ability and hustle. Specifically, it helps to have:

  • 3+ years of CSM or AM SaaS experience, with a strong preference for legal or cybersecurity.

  • Ability to understand and speak the language of sophisticated customers operating in legal or cybersecurity.

  • Passion for building strong relationships with customers.

  • Willingness to be scrappy and assist with customer success and/or sales operations; e.g. setting up and monitoring customer trials, staying on top of on our various customer communication channels (Slack, Telegram, Discord, etc.).
