On the User Acquisition Functional Team, you'll drive profitable acquisition of new users, aim to help millions of people take back control of their personal information, and work on related projects. Recent projects include:
Scaling and optimizing Google App Campaigns
Launching Microsoft App Campaigns
Testing new creatives and ad types in Meta.
As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you'll manage high priority digital ad channels, including hands execution, testing, optimization, and analysis to optimize spend and drive profitable user growth. You'll support new channel testing, Privacy Pro advertising, creative testing, and take ownership of some of the existing channels (paid search across Google, Apple, Microsoft, as well as Instagram/Facebook ads). All of this with the goal of efficiently scaling profitable advertising.
7+ years of experience in digital advertising roles, with, ideally, 2+ years of experience in marketing consumer apps.
Hands-on expertise standing up and managing paid digital marketing campaigns, with a track record of scaling growth profitably.
Demonstrated experience with both strategic planning and execution in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, CTV, etc).
Ability to execute highly complex and ambiguous projects, working across business strategy and marketing tactics.
Advanced analytical skills, including data analysis, modeling, statistics, surveys and more.
Creative problem solving and idea generation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
$178,500 USD annually and stock options. Compensation is identical within professional levels, regardless of geographic location or team. Compensation for each professional level is transparent across the organization.

You’ll be required to attend meetings on camera via video conferencing
Expect to travel at least two times a year: once for our all-hands meetup and again for a team retreat (each around 4-5 days). While extenuating circumstances may impact attendance, everyone is strongly encouraged to attend.
While we offer a flexible work arrangement with no core hours, expect an average full-time commitment of 40 hours per week.
