Responsibilities & Duties:
Are you ready to take the reins as the Growth Hacking Team Lead at our innovative company? We’re looking for someone who is passionate about driving growth through data-driven strategies and automation. In this exciting role, you will own and lead growth hacking strategies that focus on marketing automation, conversion rate optimization, and more, all designed to enhance our customer journey. You’ll get to develop automated customer journeys, optimize user experiences across various channels, and run vital A/B tests to maximize performance. Your analytical mindset will help uncover high-impact opportunities, and you’ll manage our MarTech stack to ensure accurate data tracking and attribution. Collaboration is key—so you’ll work closely with our marketing, product, and tech teams to implement growth experiments and improve our ROI. With a strong background in growth marketing, you should have a solid understanding of CRM tools like Braze and analytics platforms such as Amplitude. In addition, you'll lead a team of talented growth hackers and automation specialists, sharing your insights and strategies while continuously benchmarking our performance against KPIs. With your exceptional problem-solving skills and hands-on execution ability, you’ll help us drive continuous improvements and scalability in our retention marketing efforts.
