Growth Hacking team lead

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Own and lead growth hacking strategies focused on marketing automation, CRO, and data-driven experiments.
  • Develop and execute customer journey automation, including CRM flows, triggered campaigns, and retention loops.
  • Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives to improve funnel efficiency and drive higher customer acquisition and retention rates.
  • Analyze customer behaviors and data to identify high-impact opportunities for increasing engagement and conversion.
  • Run A/B and multivariate testing across landing pages, onboarding flows, and marketing touchpoints to maximize performance.
  • Optimize user journeys across all channels (Web, App, Email, Push, SMS, Paid Media) to improve personalization and conversion rates.
  • Manage and enhance MarTech & analytics stack, ensuring proper data tracking, attribution, and automation (Braze, MoEngage, WebEngage, Amplitude, Hotjar, etc.).
  • Collaborate with performance marketing, product, and tech teams to implement growth experiments and improve ROI.
  • Automate and scale retention marketing programs by leveraging AI, behavioral analytics, and customer segmentation.
  • Monitor and optimize the utilization of analytical tools across the growth department for better decision-making.
  • Lead a team of growth hackers & automation specialists, ensuring knowledge sharing and execution of growth strategies.
  • Benchmark performance KPIs and drive continuous improvements based on real-time data.

  • 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, marketing automation, or CRO.
  • Experience leading a team focused on growth experimentation, automation, and analytics.
  • Strong expertise in CRM automation tools (Braze, MoEngage, WebEngage, Iterable).
  • Deep understanding of behavioral analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Hotjar).
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python/R for growth data analysis is a strong advantage.
  • Hands-on experience in A/B testing frameworks (Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO).
  • Understanding of user psychology, behavioral triggers, and customer segmentation strategies.
  • Experience with marketing analytics, attribution, and data visualization tools (GA4, Looker, Data Studio, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of web & app funnel analytics, retention marketing, and lifecycle automation.
